I am unable to edit anything in BW AR, what should I do?

1. First lets try changing your date format in windows, this can cause errors in Brainworks if it is not set correctly. Right click the clock in the bottom right corner of your screen.
2. Left click 'Adjust date/time'
3. Left click 'Change date and time...'
4. Left click 'Change calendar settings'
5. In the 'Customize Format' window change 'Short date' to MM/dd/yy, click 'ok' and cancel out of the other clock windows.
6. If you are still having issues please open a support ticket
