If you are having an emergency that will affect the production of the paper and its after hours (8:30am - 5pm M-F) Please call the emergency helpdesk line at (717) 481-6000 this phone number is manned by on call IT staff at all times. In the event the on call person is not available to pick up the phone your message will be forwarded to other IT staff.
