How do I add information to a ticket I've already created?

You may send an email reply to any of the osTicket emails you've received regarding the ticket you've created, this will add your reply to the ticket and notify any technicians that are currently working on your problem. Adding information to the ticket via a email reply will also reopen a ticket that was previously marked as finished so you can pick up where you left off if you have a reoccurring problem.
Please don't send a new email to osTicket that will create a new ticket, only reply to emails osTicket has sent you.
