How do I submit a ticket?

1. First you want to go to the main page over at http://helpdesk.lnpnews.com

2. Click on 'Open a New Ticket'

3. Choose the corresponding help topic to your issue, whichever one best matches
- Computer Issue: Choose this if you are having physical issues with your computer, keyboard, mouse or monitor.
- Desk Phone Issue: Choose this if you are having any issues with your desk phone
- General Inquiry: Choose this if none of the other options fit your issue.
- New User Request: Choose this if you need to request a new user login for a new employee.
- Printer Issue: Choose this if you are having issues printing from a pc or are having issues copying.
- Software Issue: Choose this if you are having issues with a program, website, email, files or login.

4. Enter your work email address, your full name and your phone number if applicable.

5. Select your company from the 'Company' drop down list, if your specific company is not listed choose another company that is at your location.

6. Fill out the issue summary and description so we can best serve you. If you feel this is either a low or high priority you may choose from the drop down list, it is not required.

Additional Notes:
 - If you have any issues submitting a ticket or you do not get the 'Thank You' page after submitting a ticket you will want to check that cookies are enabled in your browser.

 - If you do not receive an email from osTicket after you have submitted a ticket, don't worry it may take a couple minutes for the system to respond.
