Monitoring - We have deployed a fix for the gateway timeouts and are now seeing successful authentications. We are currently monitoring for any further issues.

DUO is currently experiencing issues, which is affecting two-factor logins. They are currently investigating the issue. There is currently no work around. We will continue to monitor the situation and report back when the status has changed. https://status.duo.com/

If you are having an emergency that will affect the production of the paper and its after hours (8:30am - 5pm M-F) Please call the emergency helpdesk line at (717) 481-6000 this phone number is manned by on call IT staff at all times. In the event the on call person is not available to pick up the phone your message will be forwarded to other IT staff.
