How do I set up Duo Offline Access

- While connected to the internet, log in to the Windows machine on which Duo is installed.
- Click Replace/Reconnect an offline device on the left side of the Duo Authentication Prompt. If your Windows Logon application is configured to automatically send a push request to your phone, you will need to cancel the authentication in progress before you can click the link on the left.
- Complete the Duo authentication to access the Offline Access device reenrollment process.
- Select the 2FA device that you'd like to activate for Windows Offline access and continue through the activation workflow.
